Photos- 8-25-08So, this is the end of the first back-to-school week. Things went well, Jake & Sam both really like their teachers & I think they were happy to go back.
We all had dentist appt.'s yesterday & those too went well except Sam has a couple cavities. No surprise there! He's already had 8 in his short life. I knew this visit wouldn't be the greatest for him though, coming off of summer vacation when the routine is a lot more relaxed. Now that they're back in school it's a lot easier.
We had a relaxing day today, for once no soccer games or practice! Russ & Layla went to the farm stand & got corn on the cob to have with dinner & it was yummy. I'm going to miss it when it's out of season. Getting fresh corn is one of our favorite Sunday rituals.
I hope the rest of the Labor Day weekend is just as relaxing!
I was also able to FINALLY scrap a couple pages on Thurs. & Fri., here are pics... my first & only pages for the month of August.
