Use cookie cutters to make shapes (remember, you will need 2 shapes per cookie)

Sprinkle with chocolate & peanut butter chips, leaving room (about 1/2 in) from the edges

Brush egg wash onto edges & place matching shape on top, pinching all sides together
Brush top of each cookie with egg wash & sprinkle sugar on top
Bake @ 375 for 12 min. or until edges are brown.

*I got 14 cookies (28 shapes) from 1 pie crust. I threw away a small handful of dough that was too small to work with*
Today we also got a nice surprise from my friend Amanda who lives in Canada! She sent Layla a pair of Strawberry Shortcake mittens and a Steelers hoodie! Layla was so excited!
Thanks again Amanda, you rock!

I also have to share a little story about Layla before I forget...
We were decorating the tree last night & I handed Layla one of those little "present" ornaments (styrofoam wrapped in foil paper with a bow) to put on the tree. She was all excited about the present, lol. I said "no, this goes on the tree like this.." and helped her hang it.
So, 15 min. later... she comes running up to Russ and says "Look!! I opened my present! I got a square!"
It was the little styrofoam square! LOL We laughed so hard! She was all excited about her square. I love her.

Church for the boys tonight, selling Christmas trees again.
THIS time I will be sure to bring my camera so I can snap a few pics of them!
