Sickies!

This house is full of them! Everyone has a head cold here, blah. No fun! I kept Jake from soccer practice tonight because he's all stuffy, didn't want him running around & getting overheated. Not that he wouldn't anyway with the weather being in the 90's like it is...
Layla has been cracking me up lately- she's getting such the little temper & attitude! So whenever she's mad at me now, all her words end in "-a" such as- "Mommy, not NOW-A!" or "I need to watch my SHOW-A!" It's too funny!! LOL Of course it won't be as she gets older. *gulp*
I also want to share a couple photos of Sam's soccer game- meant to do this earlier in the week but forgot.
He scored 3 goals this game which is about average for him (it's usually btw. 3-5 goals). He is such an aggresive little player! Always right there, on top of the ball, thinking ahead & planning, his head always in the game...

And here are the ponytail streamers I made for the girls on Sam's team- they loved them & wear them every game! I have some pics of the girls wearing them but not posting their photos since their mommies may not appreciate that...;-)



Jake has only had 1 game so far & it was raining so no camera :-(
They both have games Saturday so I def. need to get some of Jake playing! He's in U-12 league this year- the field seems HUGE to me! But it's so interesting to watch how good the boys have gotten, using their head more, passing, playing their positions- completely different from Sam's level.
I plan on making mini-albums for each of the boys coaches as a gift using the Bo Bunny TEAM chipboard albums. Uh yeah...*almost forgot* ... need to get started on that...

So not a bunch going on this week so far... just the usual school/soccer thing. I did manage to remember to watch the 2-hr. premiere of America's Next Top Model last night! LOL I usually end up watching the marathon on MTV to catch up. Some interesting gals on there this season I must say! :D
Oh & I did get a new page scrapped on Tuesday for the September contest, here it is...



I also started a double LO but need to finish in the morning. I'm going to be daring and also attempt to do the sketch of the week after I post it in the morning as well! So it should be a scrappy morning ahead :-)
