It turned out to be a good weekend- Friday night we rented - ta-da- "Back to the Future II" for the kids & they were so excited! LOL I thought I'd seen it before but I guess not. Russ rented " What Happens in Vegas" for us, it was really cute.
So now this Friday, guess what we're renting?? Yep, Part III!!! LOL
Russ & I were up early, showered & ready to go on Saturday. The boys were supposed to have soccer pictures, then they each had a game at 11 and noon. I also needed to go to the store for oranges since it was Sam's turn to bring orange slices for halftime. BUT there turned out to be nothing going on! It had rained all night & was still pouring that morning so everything was cancelled. We had a free day ahead! LOL It will all end up being re-scheduled though, most likely the pictures at least this Sat. The very day Russ leaves for Germany for a week!
He ended up working on the neighbors SUV with another neighbor until 8:30 that night- what started out as something small ended up with the whole dash being taken off! But it's fixed so that's a good thing! Jake, Layla & I went & got Chinese food for a late dinner at 8. Now every night after her bath Layla asks if we can go get Chinese! LOL! She loves it!
Sunday was uneventful. I went with Russ & we ran some errands... got the last book in my Beverly Lewis trilogy I'm reading at the moment so I tore myself away from it to come update the blog, lol. I'd also like to scrap a page if I can in-between laundry. A rainy day like today is perfect scrapping time! :-)
Here are a few pages I got done on Thurs. & Friday... the caterpillar is a double LO (layout) and the boys were wanting me to scrap the pics! The other one of Layla is just a whimsical page...at first I wasn't really loving it but after taking a break & looking at it with fresh eyes I've decided it's ok :D

OH How fun!!! I love these layouts and Layla is So darn cute, so are your boys...I love these everyday in he life of layouts, with the catapillars...AWESOME!!!!
